It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Schluter (Sycamore, Illinois), born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on September 22, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Schluter; his children, Scott Schluter (Kathy), Lynn Smith (Mike), Ann Kowaliczko (Tom), Jennifer Allen, Whitney Gallo (Chris) and Matt Schluter (Megan); and his brother Robert Schluter (Pat). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
