He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Holthaus and Evelyn Holthaus (Shelmidine); and his siblings, Marce and Valerie Lancour (Gene). He is survived by: his former wife Evelyn R. Froegel; his wife Evelyn "Lynn"; his sons, Eric Holthaus (Laurie) and Patrick Holthaus (Cindy); his grandchildren, Gregory, Krisann and Jordan; his sister Sharon Twinde (Allen); and his sister-in-law Barb Holthaus. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
