He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrna Frappier (Olsen) and Francis J. Frappier; and his siblings, James R. Frappier and Michelle Frappier (McMeen). He is survived by: his brother William Frappier; his sister-in-law Julia Frappier; his stepmother Peggy Tumo; his brother Charlie Frappier; and his uncle Al Olsen. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
A luncheon will follow the service on Saturday at the church A memorial has been established for his family to determine various charities at a later date.
