He was predeceased by: his brothers, Michael Nardi and James "JC" Halpin; and his parents, Henry Halpin and Catherine Halpin. He is survived by: his girlfriend Darlene Moorman; his children, Carly Morris (Matt) and Elizabeth Moorman; his grandchildren, Matthew "MJ", Fiona "Diamond Girl" and Macy "The Mayor" Morris; and his siblings, Judy Pappalardo, Carrie Prevolos (Tony), Jenny Johnson (Norm) and Victor Nardi.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Special Olympics in Patrick's name.
