She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Chris Beamsley (Jen), Mark Beamsley (Ingrid), Johanna Beamsley, Jennifer Madden (Todd) and Katie Higgins (Brian); her grandchildren, Alexander Madsen, Michael Madden (Kendra), Anna Rogers (Zach), Andrew Madden, Matthew Beamsley, Cecelia Beamsley, Jacob Madden, Joshua Beamsley, Tyler Madden, Megan Beamsley, Hannah Higgins, Ashton Higgins and Jack Higgins; her great grandchildren, Harper Madden, Adalyn Madden and Henry Rogers; her siblings, Peggy McLean (Mike) and William "Bill" Bodeen; and her parents, Bernard "Bernie" Bodeen and Ella Bodeen Maier (Seppanen).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Butala Funeral Home (1405 Dekalb Ave, Sycamore, IL 60178). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Salem Lutheran Church (1145 Dekalb Ave, Sycamore, IL 60178).
