She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles P. Hart and Mary E. "May" Hart (Skelley); and her brother-in-law Paul Blazier. She is survived by: her children, Dana Culton (Randy) of Sycamore, Troy Colby (Peggy) of Batavia and Brian Colby (Kristin) of Waunakee, Wis; her grandchildren, Ryan Colby (Paige), Ashlee Ritschdorff (Matt), Hailee Colby (Joseph Posledni), Brian Colby (Taylor), Melissa Martel (Grant), Mikaela "River" Colby, Kyle Culton and Austin Culton; her great grandchildren, Parker, Rylee, Paxton, Autumn, Connor, Logan and Martel; and her siblings, Stanley Hart (Carol) and Charlene Blazier (Hart).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family for a scholarship to be established in her name.
