We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2018, at the age of 83, Mildred Elliott (Sycamore, Illinois), born in Ramsey, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Cecil Rhodes and Aline Rhodes (Wilson); and her spouse Gale E. Elliott.
Survivors include: husband: Gale of Sycamore, daughter: Julie Elliott of Sycamore, son Michael (Sheila) Elliott of Rockford, brother: Eugene Rhodes of Sycamore, sisters: Doris (Claude 'Babe") Henderson of Elburn, Mary Johnson of Rochelle, sister-in-law: Janice Rhodes of Sycamore, grandchildren: Megan Erwin, Jacob Elliott, Kylee Elliott, Abby Good, Kendra Elliott, great-grandchildren: Emma, Noah, Mila, and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by: parents, brothers: Harold, Noel, sister: Karen Tucker, and infant sister: Nola Mae Rhodes. Memorial service will be held on Monday October 8, 2018 at 5:00PM in the Finch Funeral Home with Reverend Janet Hunt officiating. Cremation was entrusted to Finch Crematory, and burial of cremains will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Sycamore at a later date.
