He was predeceased by: his parents, Adele Howe (Heath) and John Ward Howe; and his son David Howe. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Howe (Hoffmann); his daughter Cindy Weber (Gary); his daughter-in-law Deb Howe; his grandchildren, Carolyn Starling (Todd), Sarah Meyers (Matt), Stephanie Josepher (Sam), Matthew Weber and Jeffrey Howe; his great grandchildren, Sierra, Sage Starling and Jordan Meyers; his sister-in-law Barbara McMillan (Hoffman); his niece Sue Olson (Chuck); his great-nephew Rodney St; and his great-niece Angela Carraher. He is also survived by several great –great nephews, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the Sycamore United Methodist Church or the Sycamore Park District Golf Course in care of the Butala Funeral Home and Crematory, 1405 DeKalb Ave., Sycamore, IL. 60178.
