She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Phillips and F. Carlene Phillips (McGinnis); and her cousin Larry McClelland. She is survived by: her sister Glenadene Webster (Larry) of Bowen, Illinois; her nephews, Jon Webster (Marsha) and Tom Webster (Karen); her niece Jane Suddeth (Bruce); her cousin Ronald McClelland; and also Karol McClelland. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; and one great great niece.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the First United Methodist Church of De Kalb.
