She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wendorf and Harriet Wendorf (Drews); her brother Jack Wendorf (Adeline); and her sister-in-law Hilda Wendorf. She is survived by: her brother Ralph Wendorf of Albuquerque, N. M.; her children, Bradley Markus (Jeanne) and Barbara Garza (Esteban); her grandchildren, David Markus, Erika Rahden, Andrew Rahden (Michelle) and Doug Rahden (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Kristine Rahden, Madeline Rahden, Matthew Rahden, Wade Rahden and Alexander Rahden; and also, Lois and Clarence "Red" Markus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, her family suggests donations to Northwestern Medicine Hospice Music Therapy Program DeKalb, 2727 Sycamore Road, DeKalb, IL 60115.
