He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Galen Moser and Mary Moser (Hoff); his wife Barbara L. Van Vlerah; his children, Tom Siebalt of Mount Morris, Rev. Terry Soltow (Linda) of Belvidere, Tim Moser (Ellen) of DeKalb, Tracy Moser (Ida Keller) of Cortland and Trent Moser (Kristen) of Cortland; his daughter-in-law Pat Moser of DeKalb; his siblings, Eldon Moser of Dixon and Beverly Diehl of Grand Detour; and his son Todd. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
