She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Carncross and Violet Carncross (Perkins); her grandson Drew Heinisch; her sisters, Darlene Ahrens and Colleen Stone; and her brother-in-law William Yaeger.
She is survived by: her husband Dewey; her daughter Kimberly Heinisch (Daniel) of Sycamore; her stepchildren, Catherine Canham (Kevin) of Springfield and John M. Yaeger of Atlanta; her grandchildren, Melody, Emily, Cassidy Canham, Morgan, Cole and Addison Heinisch; her brother Gordon Carncross (Elaine) of West Chicago; and her siblings-in-law, Audrey Pugh of Dover, Ruth Yaeger of Jefferson City, Gary Ahrens (Ellen) of Springfield and Richard Yaeger (Doreen) of Palm Desert.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Kish Cancer Center, First United Methodist Church of DeKalb, or the charity of your choice.
