With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jill Darlene Pigott of Sycamore, Illinois, born in DeKalb, Illinois, who passed away on September 24, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jill has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas "Tommy" Hayes and Pearl Gates; her children, Steven and Denise Pigott; and her significant other Marty Koch.
She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Mattison (Mark); her grandchildren, Seaver Mattison (Maury) and Colin Mattison; and also Darrin Koch.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (2011 S 4th St, DeKalb, IL 60115). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 1:15 PM at the Fairview Park Cemetery (1600 S 1st St, DeKalb, IL 60115).
