She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas "Tommy" Hayes and Pearl Gates; her children, Steven and Denise Pigott; and her significant other Marty Koch.
She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Mattison (Mark); her grandchildren, Seaver Mattison (Maury) and Colin Mattison; and also Darrin Koch.
