It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Gwillim of Sycamore, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on April 9, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Gwillim and Helen Gwillim (Kohle). He is survived by: his wife Mary Schafer; his children, Erica Loecken (Bryan), Eric Gwillim and Eran Gwillim (Lillian); his grandson Joshua Loecken; his sister Marge Lewis; his nieces and nephews, Susan Brimer (Mike), Sandy Pierce (Charlie), Steve, Joshua, Parker and Gabriel Lewis; and his parents-in-law, Beverly Schafer, Joan Harris (Derry), Millie Schafer, Jeannette Haugen (Bruce) and Angie Broberg (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
