He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Haka and Eloise Haka. He is survived by: his wife Lana Fredrick; his stepson Bryan Fredrick (Margaret Peterson); his children, Suzanne Wilder (Bill), Joel Haka (Megan) and Josh Haka (Mary Morgan); and his grandsons, Justin Haka (Jill) and Jack Haka (Lisa Silao). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Shriners International Hospitals or the Scottish Rite Hospitals.
