He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlo Blair and Evelyn Blair. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kirby; his sister Maryjean Hammann; his nieces, Debbie Love (Don) and Beth Thomas (Kevin); his nephew Al Hammann (Donna); and his pets, Milkshake, Jamie, Bingo and Lola. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
