It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jacqueline Fritz of Sycamore, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Komala and Salvera "Sally" Komala; her brother Jerry; and her husband Jerry Fritz. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Fritz (Dawn) and Joel Fritz; her grandson Cody; her stepgrandchildren, Jason, Kerry Mullen (Billy), Alec and Lauren; her great grandchildren, Emileah, Liam and Layla; and her sisters, Karen Komala, Janice Bassett (Steve) and Jenifer Hinkemeyer (Randy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund will be established for OSF Hospice by the family.
