He is survived by: his children, Aaron Poling (Shelly), Amanda Row (Jeremy), Sarah Tucker (Craig) and Crystal Schliem (Steve); his grandchildren, Aaron, Jr., Sydney, Codey, Makaila, Sam and Allie; his stepgrandsons, Alex and Zach; his great grandchild Saige; his mother Virginia Perry (Jim); his siblings, Skip Poling, Roxanna Lauderdale (Bill) and Dawn Zappitelli; his significant other Lora Johansen; and his close friend Hans Sjurseth.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Anderson Animal Shelter in South Elgin.
