He is survived by: his children, Beth (David) and Scott Pawlak (Robynn) of Elburn; his grandchildren, Collin, Kaitlynn, Cody, Danny, Kassie, Aidan, Karlene, Noah and Luke; his sister Ursula Sihocky of Elgin; and his sister-in-law Joanne Pawlak of Mt. Prospect.
