He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Irene Shaff (Emerson). He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Daniel, Ryan (Pam), Saunya Shaff and Heather Wuttke (Mark); and his grandchildren, Austin, Evan, Annika, Emma, Jonathan, Alex and Aiden. He is also survived by several foster children, international students, and nieces and nephews.
