It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Francis Halsey (Sycamore, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 6, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J Halsey and Winifred Halsey (Sagehorn); his son Steven; and his sisters, Judy, Bobbie (Pauline) and Peggy (Peggy).
He is survived by: his siblings, Pauline (Bobbie) and Snuggy; his wife Diana Halsey; his children, Vince Halsey (Kathy), Janel Van Vlerah (Dave) and Ashley Halsey (Mike); his siblings, Winifred Halsey (Aleid) and Patrick Halsey (Shelley); and his pet Midnight. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren, many, nieces and nephews.
