She was predeceased by: her parents, John Meyers and Harriet Meyers (Ward); her husband Stanley Aska; her son Michael Aska; her granddaughter Stephanie; her great grandchild Layne Miller; and her siblings, Donald Meyers, Betty Hickey and Sharon Nicholson.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Smith (Les) of Sycamore, Larry Aska (Mona) of Caledonia and Lenny Aska (Cheryl) of Clare; her grandchildren, Ryan Smith (Laura), Scott Aska (Leslie), Lynn Mrazek (Tim), Mark Aska (Tiffany), Jenny Rayna (Keith), Stacey Miller (Andy), Lisa Wogen (Seth) and Kim Aska; her great grandchildren, Katie, Tony, Aubrey, Lana, Jackson, Malia, Lyanna, Rylee, Wesley, Paisley, Jaxson, Haylo, Lincoln, Liam, Jayden, Hadyn, Chase, Mackenzie and Lele; and her siblings, Robert Meyers (Joann), Shirley Yednock and Sandy Stone (Joe) of Ottawa.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John Lutheran Church (26555 Brickville Rd, Sycamore, IL 60178). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
