It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ervin Hoecherl (Sycamore, Illinois), born in Springfield, Minnesota, who passed away on March 3, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Hoecherl and Catherine Hoecherl (Saffert); his wife Joan; his children, Victoria Maurer (Rick), Joseph Hoecherl (Linda) and Anthony Hoecherl (Andrea); his grandchildren, Daniel Maurer (Cassandra), Michael Maurer (Deisy), Jessica Hoecherl and Jordan Hoecherl; and his great grandchild Laila Maurer. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established at a later date in care of the Butala Funeral Home and Crematory, 1405 DeKalb Ave., Sycamore, IL. 60178.
