He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Claude, Garnet Moore, Jesse and Allean Long. He is survived by: his parents, Lester Moore and Linda Moore (Long); his children, Cody Weidner, Arianna Moore, Samantha Moore and Callen Moore; his granddaughter Autumn Weidner; his sister Deanna White; his parents-in-law, Pamela Holdridge and Gary Redmon; his sisters-in-law, Danielle Dewey and Casie Fraizer (Fred); his nieces and nephews, Michelle Pridie (Chris), Jonathan Thompson (Samantha), Michael Hennessey, Rosaura Taylor (Stephen), Carlie Brockman (Hunter) and Christian Brockman; and his great-nephew Dakoda Taylor. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousin and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family to be determined at a later date.
