She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Heilig and Matilda Heilig (Elwart); her spouse Peter M. Exner, Sr.; her son Peter M. Exner, Jr.; and her children-in-law, Charles Sheraden and Karen Exner.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Totten (Christopher), Kathleen Exner, Rosemary Sheraden, Michael Exner (Lyn) and Karen Beverly (Eddard); her sister Virginia Koniewicz; and her sister-in-law Joyce Carrier. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials for Dorothy can be made in care of the Butala Funeral Home and Crematory, 1405 DeKalb Ave., Sycamore, IL. 60178.
