She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Weaver and Iva Weaver of Clare; and her half-siblings, Delbert, Ellsworth, Edward (Dorothy), Charles Weaver (Florence), Marcella Weaver, Veronica Elliott (Lennox), Ruth Elliott (Clyde) and Phyllis Abbott (Charles).
She is survived by: her husband Russell Nichols Aves; and her daughters, Sally (James) and Rhonda (Michael). She is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
