She is survived by: her former spouse Francis L. Lunsford; her husband Donald P. Thompson; her children, Douglass Thompson of Sycamore and Dorothy Pool (Clay) of Iowa City, IA; her grandchildren, Peter Thompson of Crystal Lake, Amanda Thompson of Trinity, AL, Theresa Dobek (Mark) of Huntley, Cassandra Parks (Nathan) of Steward and Melissa Pool of Sandwich; and her siblings, Nathan Pinkard, Clare Mae Pinkard Petigg, Juanita Pinkard Wood, Mary "Joyce" Cary, Marie Garrison and Laura Pinkard. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
