She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Tessman and Harriett Tessman (Thomas). She is survived by: her husband Dave of Sycamore; her children, Lisa Luker of Geneva and Mark Thurwanger (Tracy) of Plano; her grandchildren, Lindsey Grignon Christian Thurwanger (Troy), Rachel Thurwanger (Jacob Beauchem) and Mason Luker; her great grandchild Addy Grignon; her sister Jeanne Blakey (Marty); her sister-in-law Charlene Glynn; and her pet Benji. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Sycamore School District 427 or the St. Mary's Church in Sycamore in care of the Butala Funeral Home, 14-5 DeKalb Ave., Sycamore, IL. 60178.
