He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Brian Chavez (Samantha), Dean Chavez, Teresa Chavez and Lora Krueger; his grandchildren, Benjamin Chavez, Anthony Windt (Ashton), Tim Windt, Nicholas Krueger, Brooke Chavez, Melissa and Jack Wegrzyn; his great grandchildren, Jackson and Harrison Windt; his sisters, Rosemary Biarnesen and Jean Punito (Joe); and his friends, Dave, Bonnie Roliardi, Dorothy Razniewski and Ray Nimer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
