She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Michael Polke (Jenny Loyd), Matthew Polke (Alyssa), Steven Ross (Lisa), Debbie Nelson (Jeff), Linda Emberson (Dave) and Julie Fleming; and her siblings, Steven Gayman (Patty) and Charlotte Brown. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
