He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Wogen and Evelyn Wogen (Jenson); his wife Margaret Lay; his brother Dwayne Wogen; and his brothers-in-law, Rick Lay and Larry Lay.
He is survived by: his children, Victor Wogen of Lake Villa, Christi Wogen of Cleveland, Doug Wogen of Cape Coral, Lynnette Johnson (Ryker) of Williston and Seth Wogen (Lisa) of Cape Coral, Florida; his grandchildren, Tessa, Paige, Kody, Kayla, Cheyenne, Victoria, Kevin, Jayden, Hadyn, Chase and Mackenzie; and his sister-in-law Cathy Lay. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (2011 S 4th St, DeKalb, IL 60115).
