He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Diane (Floit); his parents, John Schaffner and Lois Schaffner; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy (Floit) and Ken Buell.
He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Peckonis (Jason); his granddaughter Lily Pecikonis; his siblings, Wendy Corona (Luis) and Jeff Schaffner (Sheryl); and his brother-in-law Ron Floit (Mary).
