We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2020, at the age of 84, David Carter (Sycamore, Illinois), born in Brookfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Lee and Katherine Carter (Urquhart); his former wife Sandra Carter (Benson); his sisters, Rachel Patch and Mary Betzler; and his grandson Kevin Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Janette Carter (Scruggs); his siblings, Miriam Reno and Jonathan Carter; his children, Shawn Carter, Philip Carter (Linda), Michael James Carter (Kendra), Lee Carter (Stacy) and Jennifer Rothstein (Steven); and his grandchildren, Mark, Travis Carter, Philip Benson, Christopher Carter, Caleb, Corban Carter, Benjamin and Gabrielle Rothstein. He is also survived by his dogs, children and grandchildren.
