He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Russell Schelkopf and Shirley Valentine. He is survived by: his parents, Michael and Deborah of Sycamore; his siblings, Christopher (Megan) and Anna; his nieces, Lily and Edie; his aunts and uncles, Charles, Steven, Nancy and Vicki; his cousins, Adam (Nicole), Stuart (Kalee), Jennae and Lexy; and his grandmother Bernice Schelkopf.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Youth Ministry at First Baptist Church of Sycamore, where Collin met many of his close friends.
