She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil F. Smith and Angelina Smith (Venardi); her husband Dominick L. Tabone (Nick); her granddaughter Theresa Tabone; her niece Jody Young (Alsup); her sister Phyllis Perkins; and her brother-in-law Thomas Perkins.
She is survived by: her sisters, Virginia Fleetwood (Terry) of Clare and Barbara Alsup (Michael) of DeKalb; her children, Jill Tabone of West Dundee and Joseph Tabone (Mary) of Sycamore; her stepchildren, Tom Tabone (Lynda Appino) of Palatine and Terri Tarsitano of Schaumburg; and her grandchildren, Christopher Tabone of DeKalb, Leah Tabone of St. Louis, MO, Alexandra Appino-Tabone (Gennaro De Prisco) of Santa Barbara, CA and Alayna Appino-Tabone of Montreal, Canada.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
