He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Shofner of Sycamore, IL and Karen Miller of Fort Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Tyler Miller (Christine), Lucas, Ethan and Lauren Miller; his children, Eric and Ember; and his sister Allene Plunkett.
