With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Marquis of Sycamore, Illinois, born in Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on December 4, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gerber and Laura Gerber (Linder); and her siblings, Joyce Gerber, Milton Gerber, Lauren Gerber and Lowell Gerber.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie Jacobson (Lars) of Sycamore, David Malone (Vicki) of Jackson, TN and Jonathan Malone (Tim McDermott) of Wheeling; her grandchildren, Deborah Kennedy (Dan) of Chicago, Rebecca MacPartland (Tim) of Sycamore and Ben Jacobson (Sarah) of Sycamore; and her sisters-in-law, Ferne Gerber and Betty Gerber.
