She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Fredrick and Philip James Hodge, Sr.; and her siblings, Phil, David Hodge and Beverly Dewire (Larry).
She is survived by: her husband Alvin Quitno; and her siblings, Don Hodge and Dorothy Carlson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Good Samaritan Fund, in care of Oak Crest Retirement Center, Dekalb, or to the Parkinson's Foundation in care of the Butala Funeral Home and Crematory, 1405 Dekalb Ave, Sycamore, IL 60178.
