He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Baskins and Irine Baskins (Littlejohn); and his son Vince. He is survived by: his wife Sandra F. Richards; his daughters, Andrea Pellini (Mark) and Janice Welvaert (Gerry, Jr.); his stepdaughter Sarah Lindenmayer (David); his grandchildren, Brooke LeClecrq, David LeClercq, Brianna Pellini, Josh Vogel and David Richards; and his siblings, William Baskins (Mary Sue), Robert Earl Baskins and Mary Baskins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
