It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blanche Carlson of Sycamore, Illinois, born in Bevier, Missouri, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hughes and Jewel Hughes (Jones); her husband Glenn; her brothers, Eugene Hughes (Laura) of Sycamore and Elmer Hughes (Jean) of Genoa; and her nephew Greg Hughes.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary (Marcia) of Sycamore and Roger (Carroll) of Fort Myers, Fla.; her granddaughters, Amy Carlson (Lori Grohs) of Bartlett and Tobey Guntner (Andy) of Augusta, Wis; and her great grandchildren, Megan and Riley Guntner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
