Arthur Waters Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2020, at the age of 83, Arthur Waters of Sycamore, Illinois, born in Wynne, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Waters and Lottie Waters (Blackwell); his daughter Penny Telford (Waters); and his siblings, David, Grover, James (JW) and Ella Mae.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Woolbright); his daughters, Theresa Berquist (Scott) of Glendale Heights, IL, Cheryl Wojcik (Robert) of Marengo, IL and Kimberly Atkinson of Sycamore, IL; his grandchildren, Jason, Joshua, Trista, Dawn, Ryan, Timothy and Katie; and his siblings, Lee (Cindy), Kenneth (Nancy), Ruby and Janie (Paul). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Because of the restrictions in place due to the corona virus, facial coverings and social distancing is recommended by the CDC.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Arthur may be made for his family in care of the Butala Funeral Home, 1405 DeKalb Ave., Sycamore, IL. 60178.
