He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Jensen; his siblings, Mike and Eula Jensen; and his sons, Anthony Thomas and Adam Lee Jensen.

He is survived by: his mother Roberta Jensen (Hall); his siblings, Dolph, Dana Jensen (Laurie), James, Byron Rex Evrard, Sharon Illingworth and Sheila Broughton (Paul); his wife Lisa Bangs; his son William Thomas Jensen; and his grandchildren, Megan Nicole Jensen, Kathryn Tichawa, Emily Yoakam (Bryan), Brice, Braydon Jensen, Noah, Sam Tichawa, Benjamin Yoakam and Sophia Tichawa.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting help for his family to recover expenses from this loss.
