He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Blaser and Gertrude Blaser (Carlson); his daughter Kathleen Hipps; his great grandchild Peyton Dexheimer; and his parents-in-law, Erwin and Berneice Mittan.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Hipps; his daughter Tammy Judkins; his grandchildren, Michael Judkins (Valerie), Crystal Judkins, Catherine Norris (Jeff) and Christopher Judkins (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Devon, Taylor Judkins, Alina, Amayah, Phineas Dexheimer, Aubree Judkins, Phoenix Chasteen, Caleigh, Milo Norris and Luke Judkins.
