She is survived by: her parents, Gina Small and Tim Small; her grandmother Pat Parker; her daughters, Michayla Silfies, Desaree Meserole, Codee Lovan and Melody Block; her grandsons, Asherr and Brantley; her sister Janine Donath; her stepsister Nicole Small; her brother Joshua Donath (Alison); her uncle Donnie Davis (Rosie); and her aunt Caroline Davis (Jerry). She is also survived by two cousins; and many nieces and nephews and extended family.
