He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Pauley and Edna Pauley (Roney); his wife Mary; and his siblings, Millard J. Pauley, Esco Pauley, Fern Pauley, Ethel Witsman and Mabel Piersall.
He is survived by: his children, Donnie Pauley (Tonya), Rick Pauley (Judy), Sumner and Janice Gray (Wayne) of Bloomington; his sisters, Rosella Kimpling of Peoria and Elzanna Lanter of Mattoon; his grandchildren, Jodi Pauley Finley (Scott), Pauley Spitz, Dawn Gray Tayloe (Rex), Marta Gray Herzon (Ben), Jaclyn Pauley Peterson (Matthew), Joanna Pauley Johnson (Roger) and Matt Pauley; his great grandchildren, Leslie Ann Finley Rich (Travis), Isaac Finley (Bailey), Morgan Spitz Newell (Darrell), Meredith Spitz, Laurel Tayloe, Gus Tayloe, Hank Tayloe, Calvin Herzon, Eli Herzon, Norah Peterson, Charlotte Peterson, Gavin Emmons and Jack Johnson; and his great great grandchildren, Emmett Rich, Loralyn Rich and Brody Finley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Willard's memory may be made to the Chauncey-Landes United Methodist Church.
