He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hudson and Edith Hudson (Parson); his wife Vicki Walker; his granddaughter Emma Hudson; and his sisters, Shirley, Betty and Clara.

He is survived by: his daughters, Billie Wirth (James) of Sumner and Texanna Armes (James) of Vincennes, IN; his grandchildren, Trevor Richards (Elly), Jailee Richards (Devin Sullens) of Vincennes, IN, Kyleigh Richards of Vincennes, IN and James Braun of Vincennes, IN; his great grandchildren, Layla Ann and Emalyn; and his brother Jerry Hudson (Mimi) of Vincennes, IN..
