She is survived by: her sons, Roger O. Schultz (Sandra) of Sumner and Gary D. Schultz (Jan) of Bridgeport, Illinois; her siblings, Richard McCullough (Mary Lee) of Lawrenceville, Illinois and Kay Hansman of Carmi, Illinois; her daughter-in-law Deborah Schultz Heath of Sumner, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Shelby Schultz, Nichole (Nathan Biehl), Erin (JD Robinson), Travis (Crystal Schultz), Matthew (Lori Schultz) and Michael (Stephanie Schultz). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to Shriners Children's Hospital.
