Mary Fleming Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2023, at the age of 86, Mary Fleming of Sumner, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Leslie and Gertie Shidler (Dunlap); her husband Homer Lynn Fleming; her son Jerry Fleming; and her grandson Dalton Hightshoe.

She is survived by: her children, David Fleming of Newton, Joseph Fleming (Dawn) of Sumner, James Fleming (Julie) of Sumner, Illinois, Sue Noel of Sumner and Becky Ray (Gail) of Owensboro, Kentucky; and her siblings, James Shidler of California and Janet McKimmey of Lawrenceville, Illinois. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Bridgeport Free Methodist Church Youth Group.
