She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschel Fritchley and Cleda Hazel Fritchley (Bare); her spouse Donald M. Scaggs; and her sister Carol Stevens. She is survived by: her children, Gary Scaggs (Julie) of Newburgh, Indiana, Sherry Bobbitt (Dan) of Mt. Carmel and Lisa Routien (David) of Sumner, Illinois; her sister Barbara Caudell (Dave) of Claremont, Illinois; her grandchildren, Amanda Boze (Jared, Morgan Angle), Katie Rahman (Brian, Connor Routien), Griffin Scaggs and Collin Scaggs; and her great grandchildren, Kyndall Boze, Aydan Boze, Lylah Rahman and Tucker Rahman.
Memorial donations may be made to the Beulah United Methodist Church.
