He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Arlie and Leona Legg (Parrott); and his siblings, Mervin Legg, Carold Legg, Wayne Legg and Velma Wade.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa O'Brien (Jim) of Olney and Jana McClain (Michael) of Bridgeport, Illinois; his grandchildren, Jaleigh Hadley (Chris), Tyler O'Brien (Holly), Morgan Arnold (Jarad) and McKenzi McClain (Alex Morales); and his great grandchildren, Kyndall Hadley, Kyson Hadley, Ilsa O'Brien, Ella Arnold, Leila Arnold and Maya Arnold.
Memorial donations may be made to the Lawrence County 4-H Fair or Richland County 4-H Fair.
